Job Summary: As a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all fabric areas meet the high standards set by both our company and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out all necessary maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail, while always prioritizing the needs of our clients. Proactively identifying and addressing any issues, communicating effectively with both clients and colleagues, and maintaining accurate records are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks as assigned by the Administrator or Coordinator.
2. Address reactive maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently, following instructions from the Administrator or Coordinator.
3. Maintain regular communication with the Administrator and clients to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and address any concerns or requirements.
4. Execute any additional tasks assigned by management in a timely and professional manner.
5. Complete daily paperwork accurately to document work hours and task completion.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in fabric maintenance or a related field preferred.
* Relevant qualification to NVQ level 2 in either carpentry or painting.
* CSCS Card.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
* Clean drivers license
