Description
The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role:
Processing a high-volume of purchase ledger invoices
Dealing with any internal or external (supplier) queries
Supplier statement reconciliations
Management of the Accounts Payable inbox
Setting up new suppliers on the system
Processing of staff expenses
Preparation and processing of the weekly payment runsProfile
The successful candidate:
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.Job Offer
