Our client is a premier sports social club venue, offering padel, one of the world's fastest growing sports.
About the Role
They are presently recruiting for an experienced bar manager. This position would be perfect for both a bar manager in an existing high level venue, or an assistant bar manager, looking to take the next step in their career.
What you will do
Maintain and drive service standards in all areas of the business
Recruit, train and developing your team
Delivering induction and legal training for all new team members
Networking and sales, Identifying key customers
Using CRM software to build customer profiles, track visits and spends
Leading from the front, innovating and striving for excellence in all areas
Ensuring impeccable presentation of venue, staff and self at all times
Equal focus on sales, cost control and revenue reporting
Ensuring all legislation and licensing conditions are adhered to
Maintaining all company policies and standards at all times
What you will need
Previous high end experience in a similar environment or 5 star hotel or members club
The passion to lead your team to deliver best standards in all operations of the bar department
Qulaity Experience in both food and liquor led businesses
Strong understanding of the London food and restaurant scene
A passion for and extensive knowledge of food and wine, spirts and cocktails
Holder of a personal licence (preferred)
A natural leader with the ability to manage a team of staff
Good interpersonal and people management skills
Understanding of Profit and Loss, budgets and forecasts
A strong focus on sales
What’s on offer
Base Salary : £35k to 38k
Ability to grow to senior manager positions within the company
30 days holidays per year
