Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

The Company

Ferris UK Ltd are Building Restoration Specialists working within insurance claim repairs. Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Materials Coordinator to work within our office based in Redditch. We pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking company that encourages career development and progression. The Role – Materials Coordinator 

This is a varied role providing an opportunity for the right individual to be involved in supporting our operations team in delivering a quality service to our clients.  The following gives an outline of the role but the list is not exhaustive and the position requires someone who can embrace positive change and be flexible in approach. 

Creation of job packs for projects

Delivery of job packs to sites, Loading/off loading, Receiving and logging material deliveries

Maintaining stock levels for standard items, Using systems to maintain records, Security of the stores and premises

Maintaining Health and Safety practices in the warehouse

Liaising with the project teams

Required/Essential

- Excellent communication skills

- Good team player

- Basic IT skills with the ability to learn new systems,

- Good numeracy & literacy

- Tidy & presentable

Desirable

Construction industry experience

Experience within a similar role

FLT experience
