Your responsibilities will include:

To have overall operational responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the unit that you have been assigned to
Responsible for ensuring the Depot delivers its agreed targets in all key performance areas, particularly those that can be influenced by the staff group you directly manage.
Responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company runs to its maximum productivity.
Conduct monthly reviews/ presentations with the customers or as and when required.
Harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity.
Carry out inductions, on-job and internal training ensuring all staff receive required training and skills to achieve high standards of service.
Ensure budgets are properly controlled and managed, to achieve best profitability for the company but not at the expense of the customer.
Overseethe customer service delivered by the team and assess that they are meeting customer satisfaction goals. Ensure this is by reviewing customer reviews and customer related statistics
Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentationas and when requested
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Monitor Sub Contractors and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
To work alongside colleagues to plan for operational excellence and
Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation, including setting objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
To take a lead role in your area for health and safety within your unit and other national and international standards and legislation and ensure that the operation is compliant
Build and maintain positive, open relationships with colleagues, Team Members, and superiors
A vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the whole business run smoothly by ensuring an effective relationship with colleagues.
Manage and implement new business from Sales to Operations. Accountabilities and Activities:

The following KPI's have been set at the start of your employment. Some of these targets will remain consistent whilst others will be amended to suit the needs of the business. This will be agreed at the time of change.

In addition, each client will have individually agreed KPI's. These are detailed within the agreed Scope document/ SOP and will form part of the Objectives for your role. A copy of these is available for you.

You will have experience working with people in an office and warehouse environment. You must have exceptional management
