Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quotations for customers, ensuring attention to detail and an understanding of specifications and technical drawings.
Manage supplier costs effectively to ensure competitive pricing.
Interpret data and manipulate it using formulas and tools in MS Excel.
Collaborate with the team to enhance existing systems and processes, constantly striving for improvement.
Work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
Keep up-to-date with new products and components, demonstrating enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Exhibit strong prioritisation skills and independently manage workload.
Make decisions and use own initiative to deliver results.Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

Experience preparing quotations for customers.
Ability to review and understand specifications of technical drawings.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial acumen.Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with supplier cost management.
