Facilities Technician

For the successful Facilities Technician our client is offering 

Up to £30,000 per annum DOE
Monday-Friday 8:00AM- 17:00PM

The Role - Facilities Technician:

Site maintenance 
Reacting to any faults or repairs needed onsite
Completing preventative maintenance tasks
Conducting facilities checks and inspections
Ensuring spares inventory and stock levels are maintained
Supporting with building and facilities improvement projects
To carry out basic plumbing, mechanical and carpentry tasks.
Accurately enter data onto the companies CMMS System, including remedial work and
booking of parts
Keeping maintenance documentation up to date
What our client is looking for in a Facilities Technician:

Previous experience in a similar role in a maintenance environment - ESSENTIAL
Must have an electrical background/ electrical qualifications- ESSENTIAL 
Basic plumbing and carpentry skills- ESSENTIAL 
Excel experience- ESSENTIAL
CMMS experience- PREFFERED
Must have a driving licence due to location 
Key skills or Similar job titles
