Regional CI Manager (12month ftc)

This role entails leading continuous improvement initiatives within both distribution centre and transport functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, reducing waste, and improving service delivery across the national network (Midlands centred) .

Description

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across regional sites
Identify and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Train and mentor staff on CI methodologies
Monitor and report on CI projects, ensuring they deliver the expected benefits
Work with management and staff to embed a culture of continuous improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards
Drive innovation in service deliveryProfile

A successful Regional CI Manager should have:

A degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business or Engineering
Proven experience in a similar CI role within the transport and distribution industry
Inventory/ stock optimisation experience is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organisation
