Payroll Administrator – PART TIME
PERMANENT
Monday to Friday working 25 hours per week
LEEDS
Our client based near Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire are looking to recruit a PART TIME Payroll Administrator for a Permanent position.
This role would suit someone who has a level of experience within Payroll, who has very strong administrative skills. The successful candidate will work within a small but supportive team, within a very busy environment.
Duties:
Payroll
Help with payroll processing
* Assist with end to end processing of monthly payroll
* Prepare upload for manual timesheets, private mile deductions and personal expense claims on a monthly basis
* Call employees to verify bank detail changes on a monthly basis
* Input leavers on a monthly basis
Also to assist the team with the following activities:
HR
* Support team with recruitment: advertising roles, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters/ contracts/new starter packs/undertake Company induction/ reference checks
* Provide timesheets to agencies on a weekly basis
* Deal with adhoc queries with regard to HR system e.g. resetting of passwords
Business Support
* Event organisation – be prepared to assist the team with organisation of annual firework display, adhoc employee events etc.
* Assist with booking of travel for MD and other directors
Job Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years’ experience in Payroll
* Strong communication skills
* A great team player
* Motivated and pro-active – a self-starter able to work under own initiative
* Requires a strong attention to detail
* Strong IT skills
Monday to Fridays working 25 hours per week
25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
