Banking and Finance Solicitor

Established York based law firm has an opportunity to join their Banking and Finance team during a period of growth.

The firm is flexible on PQE level and is keen to speak with qualified Solicitors with experience within the Banking and Finance sector.

Job duties:

* Manage relationships and negotiating during the financial transaction process

* Work on cases including bank lending, property finance, acquisitions and disposals, capital markets both mainstream and alternative, and asset finance as examples

* Deliver legal advice relating to contracts, insolvency, and M&A

* Dealing with clients across a wide range of industries

* Salary of between £50-80k depending on PQE level and experience of Banking and Finance
