Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Porth, UK
Salary: £23,500 per annum basic
Plus: Incentive earnings, with potential total earnings up to £30,000 per annum
Hours of Work:
* Total Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
* Monday to Thursday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Includes an unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks)
* Friday: 9:30 am to 1:00 pm (No breaks)
Role Outline:
You will be required to contact individuals from approved marketing companies to generate appointments for our sales force. This role demands strong communication skills and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
* Generate appointments for our UK or International sales team.
* Set appointments through warm qualified leads using approved business data.
* Use our CRM system to capture customer data.
* Build a strong rapport with clients and effectively handle objections.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills with a clear and eloquent telephone manner.
* Must be resilient, confident, and sales driven.
* Previous experience in telephone sales.
* Previous sales experience is essential.
