Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects in a commercial office environment.
Supervise a team of 2 established engineers.
Toolbox Talks and Day To Day organisation.
Equipment includes 4 AHU's, 2 Generators and 6 Boilers.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials used, and project expenses.
Liaise with the current Facilities Manager and in effect be their right hand engineer on everything technical.
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3
SSSTS
Experience as a Supervisor or Lead Engineer is essential.
Knowledge of relevant equipment and a commercial environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Willingness to cover engineers annual leave where necessary.
