An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join a leading property and construction consultancy as Associate Director.
Working within the capital delivery team for a major public sector client, you will be responsible for leading a team in the full range of professional services for new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of properties, including schools, leisure centres, offices, civic, heritage, depots, industrial, parks and sustainability.

Requirements:
* Broad, in-depth project management and/or programme management experience post qualification.
* Detailed knowledge and practised experience of project management techniques.
* Comprehensive knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies
* Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
* Ability to motivate others (including providing support and encouragement) and to lead high performance teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and client facing skills.
* Sound IT skills, ability to work as part of a team and manage teams.
* MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB.
