Job Role; Accounts Assistant – temp to perm
With my Client I am looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant on a temp to perm basis.
Whilst working as a Temp – you will be paid Weekly – the Hourly Rate will be c £13,00 hr – £15.50 hr – depending on experience.
Once offered on a Permanent basis the Annual Salary will be in the region of £28,000 with a range of Company Benefits.
The role of the Accounts Assistant will include;
* Purchase Ledger – daily manage Query Inbox
* Working Internally and Externally to resolve a range of Queries
* Processing of Supplier Invoices
* Preparation of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
* Compile Payment Run – pass for Authorisation
* Code Expenses / check for Payment
* Process Credit Card Receipts
* Assist with Credit Control
* Ad hoc duties
The role is based in a hard working / professional and happy Finance Team!! The role will be offered Monday to Friday – the business works a 37.50 hours a week – we can offer some flexibility.
