If you're a proactive, service-oriented individual with a knack for maintenance and repairs, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Multi-Skilled Handyperson in our dynamic Engineering Team.
Day to Day of the role:
Undertake routine and planned maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Perform a variety of fabric repairs, including fixing doors, flooring, and decorating.
Conduct visual inspections of mechanical and electrical assets, ensuring all are in top condition.
Manage your workload effectively, completing tasks within set timeframes.
Collaborate with Technicians to maintain stock levels and complete larger works.
Work alongside contractors, providing support and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to room entry procedures and addressing client needs.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the team's success by assisting with unplanned works and promoting sustainable management practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven maintenance/fabric experience with relevant qualifications.
Mechanical, carpentry, and electrical knowledge.
Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Sound health and safety knowledge.
Eagerness to learn, develop, and maintain awareness of Legionella management.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Desirable:
First Aid certification.
IOSH Working Safely qualification.
Experience managing work through a CAFM app/system.
