Our leading Midlands client are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Business Analyst to join their team, you would be supporting a wide range of exciting IT projects across applications, Infrastructure and Digital Change, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Projects that truly impact the business and its customers experiences, the changes that make tangible benefits!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document and prioritise IT and business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users post-implementation.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT and business environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
