PLUS Communications is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our growing team.

Requirements
What we require:
1 - 2 years of experience working in a HR Department as a HR Coordinator or HR Generalist
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Job Responsibilities include:
Handle onboarding activities and work smoothly with department management to transition new hires into their departments.
Assist with off-boarding activities such as deactivating systems, acting as point person for any transition related items, and conducting turn-over trend analysis quarterly.
Maintain employee files and records.
Compile monthly and quarterly HR compliance reports and respond to third-party requests (e.g. employment verifications).
Conduct data analysis and compile ad hoc reports.
Assist with semi-annual performance reviews; includes working with department management to update direct supervisors, send out timely communications, monitor completion of reviews to ensure timely follow through.
Assist with entering pay-rate changes for promotions and merit increases.
Help maintain company organizational chart.
Assist with benefits and open enrollment.
Manage time and attendance system, QuickBooks, including assigning client project codes to employees’ accounts, compiling utilization reports, and providing troubleshooting assistance, when needed.
Assist the recruiting team with drafting and extending new hire offers.
Assist with employee engagement activities.
Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
