Relocruitment are delighted to be working alongside one of the leading refinishing companies in the manufacturing paint world. They have a strong presence in the body shop world and pride themselves on their family-like company culture.

Due to their continuous growth, they are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their busy team based in Kent. You will be responsible for the developing, implementing, and managing their digital marketing strategies for their global online presence.

This role requires a strong focus on Social Media Management, Email Marketing and SEO/PPC. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance their online presence, engage their target audience, and help drive business growth in the UK and North American markets.

You should have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

This is a full-time, office based role, working hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm with the occasional possibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC. Build and maintain our brand’s presence across multiple social media channels.

* Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with sales teams to improve marketing results, assist with customer experience days and shows, generate social media content, and create digital assets for customers.

* Performance Measurement & Reporting: Measure key performance metrics including website traffic, engagement, and ROI, and prepare performance reports.

* Campaign Creation & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Upload content to corporate and brand websites.

* Content Development & Engagement: Develop and create engaging content for various social media platforms. Implement and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals, conduct competitive research, and optimise content.

* Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor SEO, user engagement, and social media performance metrics. Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns, including ad budgets and performance analysis. Stay current with social media trends and experiment with new formats and tools.

* Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly, fostering a positive community. Engage with followers and build relationships through interactive content.

* SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Perform keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis. Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance, recommending and implementing improvements.

Preferred Skills:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.

* Experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

* Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.

* Proven track record in managing SEO campaigns and improving rankings.

* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other SEO/SEM tools.

* Understanding of HTML/CSS and website management.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and innovation.
