Are you a Commercial Property Paralegal looking to secure a training contract? Do you want to work in the heart of the West End for a top Legal 200 firm?

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will contribute to supporting and casework across:
Complex transactions
Leasehold – both tenant and landlord
Commercial plot sales With a solid team structure of 5 Partners, an Associate, 1 Admin Support and a Trainee (every 6 months), this commercial real estate team offers a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial real estate providing a professional and efficient service.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Assisting solicitors with the day-to-day running of files; organising files and ensuring good file management
Carrying out searches, reviewing results and identifying any issues that arise
Preparing short reports on leases, contracts and other ancillary documents as well as straightforward reports on the title.   
The Commercial Property Paralegal will have the following:
Have 6 months minimum of experience working in a law firm environment with prior commercial property exposure.
Be competent with operating IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Have a high level of attention to detail.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Be driven to deliver all tasks in a timely manner and have proven experience in working under pressure.
