Our successful client based in Milton Keynes are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join them on a part- time permanent basis working 3 full days Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
This role will also offer a remote working model.
As a Practice Manager you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring delivery of high-quality legal services and maintaining compliance within regulatory requirements. This will include a diverse workload and include elements of Compliance, HR, Finance, Facilities Management and Business Development. Day to day duties will include but not limited to:- contributing to the strategic business plans, attending board meetings, reviewing internal processes and implementing improvements, ensure compliance with CLC responsibilities, escalated complaints, manage stakeholder portals and panel applications, health and safety management, data protection administration. You will also be involved with Recruitment and facilitate internal training, conduct appraisal and performance reviews. You will also be responsible for Facilities management.
To be considered for the role of Practice Manager, previous relevant experience from within the legal environment. You will have a comprehensive understanding of Solicitor Regulatory Authority (SRA) and CLC compliance. You will posses excellent time management and organisation skills and posses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
In return, our client if offering a basic salary of up to £50K depending on experience, 33 days annual leave plus Christmas closure, hybrid working model, death in service, pension, plus much more.
