Job Description
Bottle and Can Retrieval Centers, an International Recycling Company, is looking to fill a full time Transaction Services Specialist (TSS) role out of Albany, NY. The TSS is responsible to Pick up and deliver cash per pick up policy to a wide range of Redemption Centers in a specific Zone. They will follow Tomra’s cash handling procedures. This position includes communicating with supervising manager on daily routes depending on weekly needs.
*Law enforcement, corrections, or security background preferred.*
Up to 34 hours weekly $17/HR + Mileage
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel 4 to 6 hours per day delivering money to a wide range of locations.
Ability to be bonded
Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all time for safety
Communicate with managing supervisor on daily routes
Use MS Excel to maintain routes and location needs
Change daily routines based on safety and security
Pick up cash from designated bank
Lift on average 25-50lb bags
Safely deliver all cash to assigned location
Accurately count cash delivered in each location
Complete data entry for all currency transactions the POS system at each location and MS Excel
