About the role:
ServiceNow is looking for an Executive Communication Manager to join our Global Field Communications team. In this role, you will play a critical role in providing both internal and external communication support for our Artificial Intelligence Go To Market (AI GTM) leadership team’s efforts to raise the visibility of ServiceNow’s generative AI capabilities. As the Executive Communications lead for AI, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop strategically important content and channels, encompassing internal communications, external blogs on ServiceNow’s corporate site, speaking opportunities, earned media, and social content.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with AI GTM leadership to create compelling content and channels, catering to both internal and external audiences.
Excel at creative writing, crafting engaging content in both long and short form, and translating complex technical topics into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in generative AI and other teams across ServiceNow, including Global Field, Product, Marketing, and others.
Support senior executives in high-profile external communication opportunities on the topic of AI and GenAI.
