Senior Application Developer | Work from home with occasional travel to our Basingstoke office | Full Time | £70,000 to £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Our client, a distinguished Microsoft Solutions Partner, is seeking a dynamic Senior Application Developer to join their team.
Our client specialise in providing transformative services focused on Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Office 365, Business Apps, Mobile Device Management, Operations Management, and Azure. They are dedicated to enacting change, achieving outcomes, and building enduring relationships with their clients.
Are you the right person for the job?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, Power Platform, and SQL Server
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, databases, cloud services, and security
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Jira, Git, etc.)
Experience with Azure Platform Services, such as App Service, Logic Apps, Functions, Storage, etc.
Experience with database administration, such as backup, restore, security, performance tuning, etc.
Strong architecture skills including design patterns, microservices, and API management
Microsoft certification in Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies is a plus
What will your role look like?
As a Senior Application Developer, you will be an integral part of the Professional Services team, collaborating closely with IT, Innovation, and Project Management colleagues. Your primary responsibility will be architecting, designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications and workflows using a range of Microsoft technologies such as ReactJS, Python, Power Platform, and Azure SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring compliance with data governance policies
Develop web-based portals, workflows, business logic, data manipulation, and reporting solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry best practices
