KBB Recruitment are proud to represent a well established merchant business based in Berkshire who are looking for a Bathroom Showroom Manager.
As the Showroom Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the showroom's day-to-day operations while strategically focusing on driving profitability and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining showroom standards on day to day basis
* Producing designs and quotations for both trade and retail clients
* Liaising with area sales representatives
* Winning sales from quotations
* Managing sales order processes.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a showroom leadership role, preferably within the Merchant industry
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive profitability
