Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative with experience in soldering to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for contributing to the production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform precision soldering of battery cells and electronic components.
* Assemble battery packs according to specifications and quality standards.
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and industry standards.
* Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in soldering, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
* Basic understanding of electronics and battery technology is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
