Customer Service

We have a great opportunity on behalf of our client based in the Stockton area, the role will initially be a temporary position until Christmas however there is a possibility this will be extended and could possibly lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will be working within a small team dealing with inbound and outbound calls, a large portion of this role is outbound calls following up with past and present customers gaining feedback and presenting further sales opportunities (no cold calling).
Hours of work would be 40 hour per week day Monday to Friday 9.00am -5:30pm Day shift.
Other duties include but not limited to:
* Dealing with order queries
* Responding to emails
* Providing quotes
* Data admin
Essential Experience
* Customer service in a call centre face to face
* Computer literate
Desired Experience
* Outbound experience preferred but not essential
