Job Title: Heads Personal Assistant

Are you an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for someone to join a dynamic team and support the Head of Lower School at a prestigeous school in Windermere.

This is a term time role and the salary has been pro-rated accordingly to £23,732.72 Per annum.

Hours of Work

Term time: 35 weeks a year, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5:30pm

Out of term time: six weeks, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Heads' busy calendars, scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Conduct research and compile information for various projects
Assist in organising and planning company events and functions
Act as a liaison between the Heads and internal/external stakeholders
Handle incoming calls, screening and redirecting as appropriate
Manage and maintain confidential files and documents
Provide general administrative support to the Heads and their teamQualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
High level of professionalism and discretion
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:
