Deputy Manager Residential Children’s Home Hackney London E8

£45k OTE

We are looking for a Children’s Home Deputy Manager to join our 2 bed Children’s Home operating as a Solo Unit located in Hackney London E8

The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to children and young people who have EBD and complex needs.

This is a growing Organisation who want to progress their staff hence a great training schedule.

Deputy Manager Salary and Benefits

* £14.50-£15 per hour plus sleep ins when required (£41k)

* Working hours will include 3 x Admin days (9am-5pm) 2 x shifts (12.5 hours) plus on call duties (1 week per month)which will increase salary by £3.3k

* Additional overtime and sleep-in enhancements on offer.

* Ongoing training and development including the opportunity to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

Deputy Manager Requirements

* Recent experience working either as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager or as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Home.

* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

* Level 5 Leadership and Management (preferred)

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* You will be required to be flexible in your hours supporting the children the staff and the Manager
