Business Development Manager,
We now require an experienced business development manager to join our friendly team. To possess a successful sales track record of achievement within developing key distributors and building long lasting relationships taking ownership of an agreed customer portfoilio to deliver set sales and margin targets.
Area: South West down to the South Coast up to Bristol and across to London
The role involves managing the sales life cycle of specified distributors through direct relationships covering mainly London acrossing over to Bristol down to Cornwall. To collaborate with internal departments to deliver set objectives, Manage pipeline conversion and build clear business objectives for distributor accounts ,
Coordinate planning activity within Distributors,
Deliver services levels and great customer experience Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills • Positive attitude, resilience, drive, and growth behaviours , IT competency and presentation skills along with industry knowledge or related industries
