Join Our Team as an Inspirational Art & Design/Music Teacher in Doncaster!
Academics Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Art & Design/Music Teacher to join our team, working within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting in Doncaster. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people who need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging and inclusive Art & Design and Music lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment where every student can thrive.
Work collaboratively with the SEN team to create individualized learning plans.
Utilize innovative teaching methods to inspire creativity and confidence in students.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to encourage development.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
Strong subject knowledge in Art & Design and Music.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching.
DBS on the update service or willing to get one.Benefits:
