Immediate start with a company based in Witham who require an Customer Service Administrator to join their Customer Care team.
This is a temporary position for at least a couple of months paying £11.44 per hour working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm.

Main duties for this Customer Service Administrator will include but are not limited to:

Sending emails and handling correspondence in confidence.
Dealing with phone calls and passing on once all information taken.
Updating CRM system.
Processing invoices.Key Skills & Attributes needed to be considered for this position:

Customer service administration background.
Polite and confident with telephone calls .
