Sales Consultant
We are looking for a Sales Consultant with outstanding interpersonal skills to join our global family business.
Our company puts it's employees first, offers exceptional opportunities for personal growth and operates a Diamond/Luxury retail business in the heart of Chester. Serving high net worth clients and providing world-leading levels of customer service.
We are building our UK team and wish to appoint a Sales Consultant who will play a key part in developing our luxury retail business. Experience in the jewellery industry would be an asset, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
We are looking for you if you are:
* Naturally interested in sales, friendly, enthusiastic, self motivated and conscientious
* Confident to communicate on all levels
* Have excellent attention to detail
* A clear interest in the jewellery industry
The main functions of the role are:
* To provide exceptional customer service from the introduction to the client and to the after sales support
* To create an optimum environment through an impeccable presentation of our products and the surrounding areas
* Present a professional and business-like approach at all times with high standards of formal personal presentation
* Enjoy working autonomously in a quiet environment with a focus on delivering bespoke one-to-one service
* Display initiative and be proactive in developing sale opportunities and nurturing long term customer loyalty
You will need to be reliable, trustworthy and have a logical approach to problem solving. Be passionate about our products and strive to deepen product knowledge at all times.
