We are urgently recruiting for a Payments Processor for our client, a successful leader within their field, to work on a ongoing temporary contract. This is a full time role, working at their modern Blackpool offices on a full time basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and process daily card payments using online Merchant Supplier.
Maintain accurate records of all card payments / BACs payments received using CRM and Excel Payment sheets.
Utilising specific built CRM system to take payments to via the CRM through the Merchant Supplier.
Ensuring payments are taken on time and in the correct currency.
Handle declined transactions and investigate any discrepancies.
Candidate Criteria:
Previous Customer Service experience essential
Previous payments processing experience desirable though not essential.
