An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate Town Planner to join a growing planning and real estate consultancy in Preston. The company deliver expert development planning solutions for their clients, predominantly in the residential and commercial sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
For this role applicants are sought with a relevant planning related degree (RTPI accredited) and ideally some planning experience within a consultancy environment.
Responsibilities:
Within the role the successful Graduate Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
