We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a vibrant person to become part of company set to revoluntionise the property rental sector.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Complaints and Quality Assessor to join the team. Sitting within risk function, you will focus primarily on the quality assessment of claims and recoveries activities. The Complaints and Quality Assessor will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of my client's activities, thereby safeguarding the interests of both landlords and tenants.

* £27,000 plus bonus

Is this you?

*

* Experience in a compliance or quality assurance role

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Demonstrated experience in insurance compliance, preferably within the UK market.

* Strong understanding of UK insurance regulations, particularly as they pertain to deposit replacement insurance.

* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess policy compliance effectively.

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
