leading company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Specialist to join their dynamic and growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Experience, this role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to contribute to the development of innovative energy solutions.

The company is a fast-growing and innovative business is committed to investing in and delivering over £1bn in heat network projects. They fund, design, build, operate, and maintain low carbon district energy networks for communities, towns, and cities. Their projects include large-scale district heating systems, ground source heat pumps, and rural community heat networks, all aimed at leading town and city-scale decarbonization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Improve customer service processes and keep customers informed about district heating services.
Manage and monitor service records, maintenance systems, and regulatory aspects.
Report, analyze, and model assets, focusing primarily on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Coordinate with other Asset Managers to ensure optimal performance of all assets.
Produce reports and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a call centre or helpdesk environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology literacy.
Ability to handle complaints and provide reliable solutions.
Experience in logistics and appointment scheduling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and work with multiple systems simultaneously.
Genuine interest in the renewable energy industry.
