Registered Manager - South Croydon, CR2 - brand new 4 bed EBD home
Seeking a Registered Manager for a brand new 4 bed EBD home in South Croydon, CR2 area.
The successful candidate would have core hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday but must be willing to be flexible with the requirements of the service.
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years of supervisor experience within a children's home witha thorough understanding of relevant legislation and best practice guidlines.
Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Child-Centered Approach: Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, with a child-centred approach and a focus on promoting their well-being and development
Regulatory Compliance: Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and heath and safety requirements within a residential childcare setting.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with collaegues, external agencies, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
Resilience: Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, demonstrating resilience and professionalism at all times.
