Monday-Friday flexible 8am till 8pm (35 hours per week) 1 Sat per month

Up to £27,000 DOE + bonus

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading insurance business based in Birmingham who are looking to expand their roster and potential in the area. Currently, we are looking for experienced claims handlers with 12+ months experience working in a similar role.
With regards to our client, they are a renowned claims/insurance company located in Birmingham who are a recently established business. Having many industry experts behind the wheel guiding this company to success, it has allowed the company to flourish financially since establishment. Leading for them to expand further.
This is the perfect time to get involved due to very exciting expansion plans across our Birmingham site with opportunity to complete industry related qualifications after probation along with excellent training and growth opportunities available further down the line.
Claims Handler Key Responsibilities:
* On the phone with the aim at capture third parties
* Supporting other capture processes
* Ensure all claims are processed with an eye for potential fraud
* Reviewing claims consistently/frequently
* Providing excellent customer service
