Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager, Responsible AI to be part of our cross-functional AI Governance & Responsible AI team of product managers, engineers, legal experts, risk experts, and researchers who are building an ethical and trustworthy approach to building responsible AI solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, roadmap and operationalizing our Responsible AI program within ServiceNow, as well as ensuring that ServiceNow meets the highest standards of quality, fairness, accountability, and transparency when building & delivering AI products.
Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the program vision, strategy, and roadmap for Responsible AI across the organization and to external stakeholders.
Define and monitor the key performance indicators and success metrics for our Responsible AI & AI Governance program.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of responsible AI experts across the organization who are responsible for defining and delivering ServiceNow’s Responsible AI vision & roadmap.
Operationalize AI Governance & Responsible AI policies with engineering, design, research, legal, risk, policy, and compliance teams to ensure that our Responsible AI strategy meets customer & market expectations.
Design and deliver comprehensive Responsible AI training, and continuing education programs for ServiceNow employees and customers
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and thought leaders in the Responsible AI domain
