Home Health Clinical Manager

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Clinical Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality home health services to our patients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies. You will supervise and support a team of clinicians, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our home health company.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of nurses, therapists, and aides, providing ongoing guidance, support, and education
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each patient
Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for quality improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures
Participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic goals and objectives for the organization
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as appropriate
Requirements
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state
Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home health or related healthcare setting
Previous management or leadership experience
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of all state and federal regulations related to home health
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
