About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

About the team:
The Programme & Change Delivery team are responsible for various aspects of technology and program management for areas of both compliance and risk.  The team liaises and partners with external clients and internal teams across global offices.  
What you will be doing:
·         Responsible for supporting architecture and design of data warehouse, data marts and BI reports in support of various data initiatives.
·         Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
·         Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.
·         Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish
·         Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
·         Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
·         Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems
What you will need:
·         Ability to understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
·         Ability to Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those
·         Ability to analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
·         Knowledge of Data warehouse development and work with SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS
·         Working knowledge of Redefining and making technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems
·         Ability to create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements
·         Skills in design, development and deployment of business intelligence solutions as per needs
·         Skills in SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data
·         Ability to work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
