A well established and high performing Estate Agency chain in the West London area, are recruiting for a self motivated Estate Agent to join their team as a Sales Negotiator for a new office opening in the Harrow area.
OTE - £23,000 - £27,000+ - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in buying and selling properties
* Conduct property viewings
* Prepare and present offers to clients and facilitate negotiations
* Provide guidance and support throughout the entire process
* Recording accurate information on in-house systems
* Proactively convert enquiries into viewings
Keys Skills
* Experienced sales person
* Outstanding customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT savvy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday - 9am to 6:30pm
* Saturday - 9am to 3pm
Sales Negotiators will work every Saturday with a day off during the week. 5 days out of 7.
