Head of Payroll - Surrey - £65000 - £80000 p.a + Benefits

A successful financial services provider with huge growth potential are seeking to hire a Head of Payroll for their Surrey office to take overall responsibility for the strategic development, management and P&L for their UK outsourcing function across. 

You will be responsible for;
The day to day management and development of the UK payroll bureau team. 
Ensuring that all payroll SLA's are adhered to. 
Owning the over financial responsibility for the payroll service.
Improving current payroll processes and procedures seeking to automate where possible. 
Building strong internal and external relationships The successful candidate will ideally have:
Payroll Bureau Management experience preferably within an LLP
Managed a large payroll team.
UK & Global payroll experience.
A confident personality, used to training and developing payroll teams.
