I’m working with one of the UK market leaders; a company that manufactures its own systems and distributes leading brands, nationally and internationally.

Until now they’ve relied on external accounting services overseen by a Board Director, but the time’s come to bring more of the function in-house.

And that’s where you come in.

Use your technical accounting skills and business acumen

You’ll manage and undertake the full mix of technical accounting disciplines (see below), but this role is also about developing the function and supporting the Boards decision-making.

As such, you’ll have an influential role to play in making sure the organisation is fit for purpose, as it continues its rapid expansion in the UK and across Europe.

That will include supporting the Board with forecasts, budgeting and analysis, as well as the wider company in maintaining good financial discipline, include cost awareness.

It’s a dynamic company without silos, allowing you full involvement.

The bottom line? Work with colleagues across the company to make the business more successful, as it rapidly grows.

You

* Part- qualified or fully qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA, OR with clear equivalent experience

* Solid management accounting experience

* Confident team player and adviser, with strong business acumen and forecasting / budgeting / analytical skills

* Versatile, flexible and hands-on
