We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager working at a client of ours in West London with over 30 years of industry experience.
You will be working on a £20m fit out project, covering 4 apartments at 20,000 sqft. They are also tendering for more apartments so need someone who has a strong presence on site and can communicate effectively with trades & sub contractors.
This opportunity is a permanent role and you will be reporting into the Project Manager/Director.
The ideal Site Manager must have:
Experience working on projects valued between 10m - 20m
Strong Healthy + Safety experience
Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 company
Fit out experience on projects from start to finish
