Exceptional and experienced Concierge with a strong proven track record is required to join a team at a superb residential development situated in Chelsea. Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety at Work. The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors. The Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite. All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail. Must have a strong proven track record of working in either a five-star hotel or high end serviced or private residences as will definitely need experience and confidence in dealing with VIP clients. The Day Concierge will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk & Lobby, consistently deliver service excellence to the Residents keeping in view the ever-changing residents’ needs Multi-Skill/ Multi-Tasking is seen as an imperative
