Senior Systems Administrator – 35-50k DOE
I am working with a company who design and create customisable online community platforms. They are looking for a Systems Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Providing third-line user support
* Conducting research and development for new systems
* Performing maintenance and monitoring tasks for Linux servers
* Responding to on-call emergencies and managing server recovery
Requirements:
* Proficiency in database configuration and administration, particularly SQL
* Strong experience in Linux server administration and command-line interface (CLI) usage
* Competence in web server configuration and administration
* Strong scripting experience advantageous
* A degree qualification is preferred but not mandatory
Please note this role is a hybrid role, with the requirement of going into the office 1-2 times per week, although remote working may be considered for the right candidate.
