About The Job:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills while working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients
Understand and anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify opportunities for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively
Track and report on key account metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Skills and qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar Account Management role
Experience in ecommerce
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven and customer-focused mindset

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per year
