What will you be doing?

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships when representing the company with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and promote process safety to ensure safe operations.
• Ensure staff training and competency for all tasks, including safety-critical ones.
• Maintain compliance with Safe Systems of Work and company procedures.
• Audit and ensure compliance at the terminal, addressing corrective actions.
• Manage changes to procedures, equipment, personnel, and substances.
• Oversee projects, installations, and modifications, identifying potential hazards and risks.
• Work with the HSSEQ Function to uphold corporate standards.
• Develop emergency plans, act as Incident Main Controller, and follow the corporate emergency response plan.

Where will you be doing it?

Our client is a specialist in fuel storage and distribution and they're looking for a new Terminal Manager for their fuel terminal situated in the North of Singapore, near the Straits of Johor with views of Malaysia and stunning waterfront scenery.
In this role, you'll ensure the terminal operates safely and efficiently, meets strategic objectives, complies with regulations (especially the Defence Major Accident Control Regulations), satisfies stakeholder service levels, and achieves financial targets.

What will you need?

• Ideally a recognised degree and/or time served experience as an industry manager.
• COMAH experience, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
• Full UK driving licence & must be eligible for security clearance.
