My Client is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to prepare commercial tenders from the receipt of enquiry through to final submission, including technical work-up of pricing. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent graduate or someone with knowledge of an engineering environment who is driven and ready to step into a sales role.

Key Duties: 

Develop relationships with the client base in procurement as necessary
Prepare sales quotations from enquiry receipt to submission and follow up
 Liaise with Sales Managers regarding bid compilation.
 Complete commercial conditions and other bid clarifications.
Submit bids through client media systems.
Support hand-over secured contracts to the execution team in line with company procedures.
Report all work concisely, accurately and regularly as required by company procedures.
Maintain accurate records as required by company procedures.
Improve current tendering resources to improve accuracy, efficiencies and communication internally and to client.
Pay & Benefits: 

Salary of up to £29,500 per annum depending on experience
